A Series of Firsts meme

Morning all… I was recently tagged in a “Meme” by the wonderful Fiona aka CoombeMill. This was started Lou (aka@Bobbity666) over at ‘Bloggomy’.  Lou has designed the “Meme” to highlight some of her “Firsts” and has tagged me to do the same! Some memories I don’t really want to remember!!

*   Who was your first boyfriend/girlfriend?

 That would be my ex husband! The less said about him the better!!!

*   First person you kissed?

As above! 

*   What was your first job?

I worked in a bread & cake shop, oh the smell was amazing, I loved filling the doughnuts with jam & always put far too much in & would love to have been a fly on the wall when others started to eat there’s! I’m sure they got covered in jam!

*   First pay packet – can you remember what you bought?

I’ve got no idea but it was probably some make up from a nice cheap shop!!

*   First record or CD you remember buying

Oh ‘eck that would be Mull of Kintyre by Wings, it was a 7″ single on vinyl, yep I’m old!! 

*  First holiday abroad?

*   What age were you when you first moved out of your parents home?

I moved out when I was 22 when I brought my own salon & lived in the flat above it. I had wanted to move out for ages but finally did it cos it would be so much better being able to do my own thing, boy was I wrong, I had bills to pay, all the washing, cooking & cleaning to do. Living at home was so much easier & so much cheaper!

It’s only when i’d left that I  actually appreciated how much  my parents did for me!
