It’s that time of the year again Valentines Day.

What does it mean to you?

To me it’s just another day of commercialization,

the shops are full of cards, flowers, chocolates, & all over-priced!

Ok I admit I did get hubby 2 cards, yeah I caved in ……….

but it’s not me caving in & buying cards,

I was lucky to get 2 offers through via the internet for FREE cards!

It’d be rude not to utilise a freebie or 2 wouldn’t it?

So how did I spend the day?

I shampooed the carpets!

Yep I live a Rock & Roll lifestyle! Lol

I always forget though the satisfaction I get when i’ve shampooed them,

so nice & clean again.

I love my Bissel & you can find them at Amazon. Mine is similar to this & it’s fantastic.

The one thing that totally freaks me out is the dirt that comes out of them!

Holy Moly the water was black!

We’ve got cream carpets which wasn’t the ideal choice & especially not now, with a chocolate labrador!

I hoovered the floors before starting but the amount of  Crunchie’s hairs it lifted up was scary! She surely should be bold!

By doing this blog post it will make me remember when I last did the floors & make sure I don’t leave it too long before doing it again.
