Hi All, My name is Val – I’m an almost 50 year old, single, empty nester, soon to be a Grandma (sometime within the next week or so). I’m a youth worker & work with youth in care that have behaviour and mental health issues, and I work away from home half the week. That keeps me pretty busy, so as much as I’ve been wanting to start a blog for a long time now, I’ve never found the time to get around to it.
