We can walk down a street & not speak to a single person, we can sit in all day & not speak or see another person, but what changes that?

I’ve made dozens of new friends via these social media sites & although you always get the odd “odd” person appearing you soon learn who you can trust.

Yes it’s a mine field & it can be totally anonymous but you soon learn who’s hiding things & not quite as they seem. I’ve always trusted my 1st instinct whether it be face to face or via a computer screen. Sorry if I don’t like you from the start you’ll never stand a chance to change my mind! Yes I do judge very quickly but have to say I’m rarely wrong about a person.

I’m not going to name individual people as i’d hate to miss someone out & wouldn’t want to upset my friends in any way. But you know who you are & you know I will be there if or when you need me, but i’ll also never pry into your life or judge anything you may have done or may do in the future.

Social media is now massive yet it makes the world such a small place. Ok the time difference between countries can be a pain & even after a few years I still can’t work out the hundreds of time zones they seem to have in especially Canada! But we end having some great chats & so many laughs.

I’m proud to say my life is truly enriched by my Facebook & Twitter friends. Thank you all. xx
