Autumn Fayre Soap :- My Review
I was lucky to be chosen via twitter to win a bar of Autumn Fayre Soap, I was given the choice of 1 of these 3 bars :-
Wedding Day, is made with goats milk and coconut oil, the soap is fragranced with Lily of the Valley, and gently coloured with pale yellow and white mica sprinkled with gold glitter, super moisturising and will leave your skin beautifully glowing.
Angel Wings is made with goats milk and scented with Jasmine, this soap is delicately coloured with pink pearl mica and pink iridescent sparkles.
Heaven is their newest soap made from goats milk and coconut oil, very gentle with an added touch of white mica and cosmetic safe silver sprinkles, this soap was named by Rueben Kellaway and has the most gorgeous fragrance.
I decided on Autumn Fayre Soap‘s Wedding Day bar, oh come on what girl doesn’t like a bit of sparkle in her life? But not only that, I chose it because of the Lily of the Valley fragrance, my mum had these flowers in her wedding bouquet & the smell always make me remember her.
It’s really lovely, the fragrance is not over-powering & it lathers up nicely. It left my skin feeling clean but not squeaky dry (if you know what I mean) . I’m quite fussy what I use on my skin but this really does feel nice & moisturising on my skin. It didn’t feel as hard as normal soap, but that certainly doesn’t mean it doesn’t last as long, so far it’s hardly gone down in size at all. Ok it’s only me using it, everyone else know’s it’s a painful death if they use my soap!
All this soap is handmade and designed by Autumn Fayre. It is S.L.S.and Parabin free. They do not use Palm oil due to issues with the rain forests. And they do not use lanolin. The soaps contain coconut oil cocoa butter shea butter and olive oil, they use Mica minerals for colour and skin safe fragrances and essential oils. The soaps are all within UK and EU guidelines. They also do a range of Goats milk soap.
Not only do Autumn Fayre do soaps they do bath bombs, crochet blankets & even homemade tags to go on the blankets! Check out their facebook page for more information & pictures of the soaps etc.
