Yep they are chilli’s & I’ve been told they aren’t too hot! I was given them as medium sized plant’s & they have lived on top of the dustbin since & seem to love it there.

I freeze mine whole and then add to chillis, stews, chopped or whole,drying is best done not in an oven. See here
