Real Life Stories:- Goodbye ….. poem #4
September 23, 2012 in Real Life Stories
Goodbye
Goodbye to my wife
Goodbye to your life
Goodbye to my friend
Goodbye — but did your life have to end?
Your death when it came was so sudden
Your life full of purpose – so why did it happen?
Your spirit was barvae to take the big risk
Your heart did not know by death you’d be kissed
What pain you endured I will never know
What you suffered you tried not to show
What a risk you took but it was for us all
What an outcome — a funeral pall.
The skies even cried for you and the farewell was splendid
The thanksgiving and praise was for your life which had ended
The siging I’m sure you must have heard from above
The message so clear was a message of love.
We are certain that death will takes us all sooner or later
We know that one day we will be called to our maker
We do not know what will happen tomorrow
We must live our life and try to forget our sorrow.
