But here’s what I thought & if you have a look at the videos you will see just how easy they are to use.

There is a little disc of metal inside the pouch that you just click & it starts to do it’s magic.

Now I’m no scientist so I can’t begin to explain how this happens but it changes the liquid into crystals that heat up to a nice temperature & it lasts for about 30mins.

Mine is going to be great when I’m out walking Crunchie, I can pop it easily into my glove when holding her lead (the other stays warmer as it’s in my pocket!)  & sitting at the football, which after about an hour I start to get really cold so this will be great to use & see me through the rest of the game!

Once it’s lost it’s heat you then just have to pop it into a pan of boiling water & after about 5-10mins the crystals have turned back to liquid again. Leave it to cool till it’s comfortable to handle & you can “pop” the disc & use it over again.

It can be used hundreds of times, which makes it great value for money. At the time of me writing this review is only £2.99 with free delivery if you spend over £14. Now that’s a bargain. These make great stocking fillers.
