I did the one with the cling film over the toilet with my brother when i was younger , it went a bit wrong and my dad went to the toilet firstoops, i had to clean the mess up

My brother in law usually gets me – he once phoned me after I had sold a gas fire and pretended he was the buyer and there was a fault and smoke everywhere and he said he was going to sue me …he had hook line and sinker!

I don’t do them myself, but like the annual newspaper frenzy of them. Not sure anything will beat the classic spaghetti on trees shortage from the 60s though!

As a nurse we usually play a trick if we’re on night duty. We usually made up a story about a new admission we’d had overnight – I look after newborns – the best I can remember was April Jo Carr (April joker)- I also remeber being on day duty and the nighht team hid the tea and coffee for our morning cuppa – they left treasure hunt clues to help us find them. Our sister in charge wasn’t amused
I’m not good at keeping a straight face so haven’t pulled any jokes in a while. I remember putting the clocks forward a few hours when I was younger trying to make everyone think they were late, ha ha.

I probably did when I was younger but I really cant remember now, my son has no doubt played tricks on me in the past, and too be honest nowadays I always seem to forget that it is April Fools Day!
No luckily, or not that I can remember anyway.
hubby got me with a fake scratchcard last year – this year im planning on photopcopying loads of £20 notes and sticking them to front path, then lmao at him trying to pick them all up lol
when my son was small he got told about april fools by grandad,
on the first of april i woke up and got ready to go out with my son,
i went to put my shoes on and put my feet straight into a pile of crushed raw eggs, my six year old son had decided this was the funniest thing he could do to prank me!!!…
i couldnt be angry, although i was slightly annoyed grandad had taught him to prank! – i should also note that i have since taught him that pranks should not involve eggs!
