Spring is here and what lovely weather we’ve been having the last few weeks, although the forecast doesn’t look great for the next week.
Trying to think of different meals to prepare is the bane of my life, Ian’s always so indecisive and will rarely give me a straight answer what he wants to eat so when I saw these packets I thought I’d give them a try.
Ok I know it’s an odd title but in reality that’s what it was, ale-less. Well in the real ale sense. I love my slow cooker and any meat tastes amazing after spending 6-8hrs in there.
You can’t beat comforting home cooked food especially in this yucky weather and mushroom soup is one of my favourites. It’s so easy to prepare and as usual I make plenty so I can freeze it.
You know those day’s when you’re just chatting and something pops up in conversation and seems to confuse people, well this certainly causes a bit of confusion every time I mention it.
